Before we expand on disinfection, it must be understood that prior to this step, the surface must have been cleaned first. In our cleaning, we usually include steam cleaning. This will kill germs to an acceptable level which will make the surface sanitized. Our disinfection process includes, on top of cleaning and sanitizing, spraying the surface with hospital grade disinfectant and/or fogging with a disinfectant solution. Finally, if necessary, we can add a Ultraviolet (UV) light treatment of the room to make the surface sterilized. To summarize, our service offering includes different steps such as cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting and sterilizing. Our methods are recommended by the American Center for Disease Control (CDC) and by the Philippine Department of Health (DOH)

It definitely depends of the area to be clean and what kind of cleaning you are looking for. For instance, carpet, sofa and chairs cleaning might take a little bit longer because of the drying process taking place after the cleaning.
